The owner of the web store vaan.ee(hereinafter the web store) is OÜ Trinity’s (registry code 14562463), located Koidutähe 51, Tartu, Tartu County, 5101.

  1. Validity of the sales contract, goods and price information.
    1. Terms of sale apply Trinity’s ltd when buying goods.

  2. Ordering
    1. To order the goods you need to add the desired items to the cart. To form an order, the required data fields must be completed and the appropriate way of delivery of the products. The amount of the fee can be charged through a bank link or other payment solution.
    2. After payment of the goods, the e-shop sends an order confirmation to the customer’s e-mail.
    3. The Agreement shall enter into force on the receipt of the amount due to the Current Account of Trinity’s OÜ.
    4. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered in connection with the end of the goods or for any other reason, the purchaser shall be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the cost of delivery of the goods) shall be refunded without delay, but not later than 14 days of notification.
  3. Payment methods
    1. You can safely pay for orders by Estonian banking links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV) and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
    2. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank data and credit card data.
    3. Payment is carried out outside the e-shop environment, the service provider Maksekeskus public limited company secured payment environment.
  4. Delivery
    1. The goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden,Germany,Russia,Netherlands,Italy,Spain.
    2. The shipping cost of the goods is borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed at the shipping method.
    3. In Estonia, consignments are generally reached by the buyer designated destination within 3-7 working days from the date of entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, the delivery takes place within 14 calendar days.
    4. By selecting the delivery method of the Omniva parcel, the product reaches the parcel terminal selected by the Customer within 5 working days from sending order confirmation to the customer’s e-mail address.

The courier will contact the customer by phone and agree on a suitable time. In the event of a failed output test, the shipment will be deposited at the post office in the place of residence and the customer is transmitted to the customer’s e-mail address. The product is held at 14 calendar days in the post office. If the Customer does not go pick up the product within the above-mentioned time limit, the Customer is obliged to compensate for the costs of repeated sending.
    8. The Customer is obliged to check the correctness of the contact details to be submitted before ordering, to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery. The seller shall not be liable for delays and misconceptions resulting from the delivery of the products if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy or migration of the data submitted by the Customer.
  5. Right of withdrawal
    1. After receipt of the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days and to replace the ordered product / products to replace the other size or return. The product/products against another model cannot be exchanged.
    2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
    3. For use in the right of 14-day return, the goods ordered may not be used otherwise than is necessary in the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods as it is permitted to test the goods in a physical shop.
    4. If the goods have been used for another purposes than the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or it has a sign of use or wear, the Trinity’s OÜ has the right to lower the return fee in accordance with the reduction of the value of the goods.
    5. In order to return the goods a declaration of returning the goods to which the form can be found here and fill out the form and send us no later than 14 days of receipt of the goods.
    6. The costs of return of the goods shall be borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is that the right to refund does not correspond to the ordered order (eg false or defective thing).
    7. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application or to provide proof that he has transferred the goods transferred the goods over the aforementioned period.
    8. Trinity’s ltd returns to the Buyer immediately upon receipt of the returned goods, but not later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application, all the fees received under the contract from the contract.

  6. Right to submit a claim.
    1. Trinity’s OÜ is responsible for the contractual terms of the goods sold to the buyer for non-compliance or defect that existed at the time of the transfer of the matter and which appears to be up to two years from the transfer of the goods to the buyer. Within the first six months of the transfer hand on to the buyer, it is assumed that there was already a case at the time of delivery.     3. Trinity’s OÜ is not liable for defects that have arisen after the transfer of goods to the buyer.
    4. If the goods purchased by Trinity’s OÜ have weaknesses for which Trinity’s OÜ is responsible, improve or replaces the web store with defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Trinity’s ltd will return all the fees resulting from the sales contract.
    5. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, Trinity’s ltd will return all the fees resulting from the sales contract.
  7. Direct marketing and processing personal data.
    1. Trinity’s ltd is a personal data (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) controller.
    2. Trinity’s OÜ provides the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
    3. Trinity’s OÜ transmits the delivery of the goods to the company providing the transport service.
    4. Trinity’s ltd sends newsletters to the buyer’s and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has published a request by entering an email address on the website and to find out his desire for direct mail messages.

  8. Solving arguments.

    2. If the Buyer and Trinity’s OÜ unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer is able to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural conditions can be consulted and submitted here. It is in the consumer government Commission to resolve the disputes arising from the contract between the Buyer and Trinity’s ltd. Review of the Buyer’s complaint in the commission is free.
