We ship orders to Estonia, Europe and world-wide, using DPD,Omniva,Venipak, UPS and Smartpost as our delivery partners. You can receive your order via parcel machines, post office or courier services directly to your home or workplace.
DELIVERY METHODS AND PROCESS:
We offer delivery trough parcel machines and couriers:
Parcel machines – orders can be directed to Omniva, Smartpost Itella, Venipak or DPD parcel machines.Once the parcel arrives you will receive an SMS or email with a door code.
Courier service – DPD, Omniva and Venipak deliver parcels directly to your chosen address (home or workplace). The courier will call before arrival.
Post office – If you choose Omniva post office delivery, you will receive a notification upon the package’s arrival, and you can collect it by presenting your ID.
Delivery time in Estonia: Once the goods have arrived in Estonia (up to 14 business days), delivery takes 1-3 business days.
DELIVERY TO EUROPE:
Parcel machines (in selected countries) – In Finland and the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania), orders can be directed to Smartpost Itella, Omniva or DPD parcel machines.
Post offices – In most European countries, the parcel will be delivered to the local post office, where it will be held for up to 14 days.
Courier service – DPD and UPS deliver parcels directly to the provided address, usually on business days. The courier will contact you before delivery.
Delivery time in Europe: Once the goods have arrived in Estonia (up to 14 business days), delivery takes 3-10 business days.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE EUROPE:
International postal service – Omniva and UPS deliver the parcel to the destination country’s postal network, where it will arrive at the local post office or parcel machine.
Express courier service – UPS offers the fastest and most reliable door-to-door delivery worldwide.
Delivery time outside Europe: Once the goods have arrived in Estonia (ap to 14 business days), delivery takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
ADDITIONAL INFORATION:
Order tracking: All shipments come with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email after the package has been dispatched.
Shipping costs: The shipping cost depends on the destination country and the selected service and will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
Customas duties and taxes: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

FREE PRODUCT EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR ALL PURCHASES
To return or exchange a product, a return form must be submitted within 14 working days from the receipt of the item. Products can be exchanged for a different size and returned within 14 days from the receipt of the product. If there is no suitable size, a gift card of the purchase amount will be issued, which can be used within one year from the issuance of the gift card. In the case of a refund, the seller will return the purchase amount to the Customer within 14 days from the receipt of the return. The refund will be made to the same bank account from which the Customer paid for the order. The completed return form must be sent along with the returned product to the seller.

There are one way to exchange or return product free of charge:
1. Exchange via Parcel Machines
Include the completed return form inside the package and pack the item securely to avoid damage when opening. Be sure to remove the old address label. To send the package, enter the return code/tracking number (found in the package arrival notification) into the parcel machine. The exchanged product usually arrives at the store within three business days.
Omniva: The product can be returned to the same parcel machine from which it was picked up. Use the return code received via SMS.
SmartPost Itella: Products can be returned to any Itella parcel machine using the same code that was used for pickup.
NB! If you received the package from a new white SmartPost parcel machine and want to return it there, you need to book a return locker code in the self-service portal: https://my.smartpost.ee/return_parcel/, by entering the barcode of the return package: https://itella.ee/kuidas-pakki-tagastada/
DPD: Products can be returned to a DPD parcel machine using the address label included in the package. If the address label cannot be scanned, you can open the locker using the code below the barcod.
In the case of a product exchange or return, the customer will also be refunded the shipping cost paid at the time of purchase.
The exchanged product must be undamaged, with no signs of wear, and must be returned in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
Please always open the product packaging carefully without damaging it. If the packaging cannot be opened without damage, the returned product does not need to be in its original packaging.
