DELIVERY IN ESTONIA 

DPD PARCEL TERMINAL – 2.50 €

In Estonia, the package will be delivered to you to the nearest parcel terminal or the parcel port within 1 working day after receiving the order confirmation. When the package has arrived at the DPD pickup parcel point, you get notified by SMS-message or e-mail.

DPD COURIER – 8.70 €

In Estonia, the package will be delivered to your home within 1 working day after receiving the order confirmation. When the package arrive in the same day morning you will get sms,which shows a 1 hour time window with the expected time of the courier. Optionally DPD
Self-service centre is possible to track package journey and change the time and place delivery.

SmartPOST PARCEL TERMINAL – 2.59 €

The package arrives at SmartPOST parcel terminal within 1–2 working days after receiving the order confirmation. When the package has arrived at the SmartPOST parcel terminal, you receive a text message or e-mail. The package is kept in parcel terminal 7 days from the time package has inserted.

SmartPOST COURIER – 6.98 €

The shipment will be delivered to the client six days weekly after ordering. Next day dilevery expect Sunday and small islands. The customer can choose suitable time for receiving the package (9.00 to 17.00 or 17.00-21.00) and order the goods to work or home. The customer recieve sms in the morning when the package is arrived. The courier will call the client before delivering the parcel.

OMNIVA PARCEL TERMINAL – 3.08 €

The package will be delivered nearest parcel terminal to you within 1 working day after receiving the order confirmation.

OMNIVA POST OFFICE – 3.08 €

The package will be delivered nearest post office to you within 2 working days after receiving the order confirmation.

The package will be delivered nearest parcel terminal to you within 2 working days after receiving the order confirmation.

DELIVERY TO LITHUANIA

DPD PARCEL TERMINAL – 7.50 €

OMNIVA PARCEL TERMINAL – 7.90 €

DELIVERY TO FINLAND

DPD PARCEL TERMINAL – 20.66 €

The package will be delivered at your home within 1-5 working day after receiving the order confirmation.

SMARTPOST PARCEL TERMINAL –  9.98 € 

The package will be delivered at SmartPOST parcel terminal to Helsinki within 1-3 working days, anywhere else in Finland within 3-5 working days. Keeping date is 7 days.

POST OFFICE – 11.99 € 

The package will be delivered in Helsinki nearest post office to you within 2-3 working days, anywhere else in Finland within 3-5 working days. Keeping date is 7 days.

DELIVERY TO SWEDEN

DPD PARCEL TERMINAL – 21.53 € 

The package will be delivered nearest parcel terminal to you within 1-5 working days after receiving the order confirmation.

DPD COURIER – 27.62 € 

The package will be delivered at your home within 1-5 working day after receiving the order confirmation.

EXCHANGES AND RETURN

To return/exchange products, a return form must be submitted within (money refund) 3 working days after receiving the goods. Products can be exchanged for another size within 14 days after receiving the product. If there is no other suitable size, we will issue a gift card in the value of the purchase amount, which can be realized one year after issuing the gift card.The completed return form must be sent to the Seller together with the returned product.

Returns are FREE on all purchases and there are two options to return:

1. Return via parcel terminal

Include the completed return slip in the package and wrap the return package in such a way that it will not be damaged when opening the returned product. Be sure to remove the old address card. To send a package, enter the return code/package code sent to you in the parcel machine (you can find it in the package arrival notification). Returns usually reach the store within three business days. The seller will return the purchase amount to the customer with in 14 days after received the package/product to be returned. The return is made to the same current account from which the Customer paid for the returned order.

In the case of Omniva, products can be returned to the same machine from which the package was taken out, please use the return code in the SMS.
In the case of SmartPost, products can be returned to any Itella parcel machine – use the same code with which the package was received. NB! If you received the parcel from the new white Smartpost parcel machine and want to return it there, you need to reserve a return locker code in self-service – https://my.smartpost.ee/return_parcel/ by entering the barcode of the returned parcel: https://itella.ee/kuidas -pack-return/
In the case of DPD, products can be returned with the address card of the parcel machine, which is included in the package. If the address card cannot be scanned, you can also open the cabinet door with the code below the barcode.

2. Return via store

Attach the completed return slip to the package. Bring the product to be returned to our store where a customer service representative will complete the exchange or return process.

The product can only be exchanged for another size of the same product (if available) by ordering from the e-store. Products purchased in the store can be exchanged for another size and model within 14 days on the basis of a purchase receipt at the store. We do not offer refunds for products purchased in-store. If the Customer cannot find another product or model that suits him, we will issue a gift card in the value of the purchase amount, which can be realized one year after issuing the gift card.

In the case of a refund, we will transfer the purchase amount to the same settlement account from which the order was paid after 3 working days submitting the refund application.

If the product is returned, the amount of the paid transport will also be returned to the customer.

The product to be exchanged or returned must not be damaged or have signs of wear, it must be in the original packaging and all original labels must be attached to the product.

NB! Gift cards cannot be returned.

Please always open the product packaging carefully without damaging it. If it is not possible to open the package without damaging it, the returned product does not have to be in the original package.
